Professional Development for K-8 Teachers

We design and deliver customized K-8 professional development workshops and embedded instructional coaching.  Workshops are engaging, interactive experiences that focus on children’s mathematical development and instructional strategies that bolster children’s math thinking. Embedded instructional coaching supports teachers in their own classrooms as they try out teaching strategies that foster meaningful math learning, and bridge the gap between theory and practice.

Mathematize Me helps schools evaluate and adapt mathematics curricula that best support their students’ learning expectations. Consulting services in assessment range from identification of goals and performance levels, task content design, rubric development, and scoring.
